If you appointment was booked online you will receive a confirmation email confirming your appointment and details at the time of booking.
You will receive a confirmation text 24hrs before you scheduled appointment
I’ve got my menstrual period, can I still attend?
Absolutely, there are lots of things that we as Physiotherapists can do to manage and work around this. You can speak to your Physiotherapist during the consultation.
I can find a babysitter, can I bring my child?
Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your little ones. We are so fortunate to have administration staff who are more than welcome to look after, sit with and give cuddles when needed. We ask that if you have small mobile children that you bring activities to occupy them.
Cancellation/Reschedules:
We understand that things come up in life that are out of our control, while we try our best to accommodate, we do have quite extensive waitlists and most individuals are unable to attend appointments with less than 48hrs notice.
Our policy is that all cancellations & reschedules within that 48hr period will involve a 50% of the consultation fee.
All no shows and cancellations on the day will incur 100% of the consultation fee.

Monday - Wednesday: 8.30am-4.30pm
Thursday - 8.30-12pm
Please note our phones aren’t available on Fridays & Saturdays. Whilst our clinicians still work those days, we unfortunately do not have admin at these times.
