  • We have an onsite lactation consultant ready to help with all your breastfeeding challenges and concerns with on the day appointments.

  • We are the only clinic on the Mid North Coast to offer mastitis treatment - with use of ultrasound, taping and massage we can help manage your mastitis.

  • Sore Cracked Nipples that aren’t healing as fast as you’d like? Use of low level light laser can help speed up healing and promote pain-free breastfeeding.

PRICING STRUCTURE

Initial Lactation Consultation ~ $175

Our Initial Lactation Consultation provides personalised support for new mothers. During this 1:1 session, our certified lactation consultant will assess your breastfeeding techniques, address any concerns, and offer practical advice tailored to your needs. Whether you’re encountering challenges with latch, milk supply, or just seeking reassurance, we’re here to help.

Follow up Consultation ~ $130

Designed to provide ongoing support as you continue your breastfeeding journey. In this session we will review your progress, address any new or ongoing issues, and adjust your breastfeeding plan as needed.

Travel ~ $30

Most of our initial consultations will take place in our clinic, however, follows can be arranged for in home sessions. We understand that you may feel more comfortable and at ease at home with your new baby, especially in the earlier days.

Prenatal Consultation ~ $175

Our Prenatal Lactation Consultation in Clinic prepares expectant mothers for a successful breastfeeding experience. During this informative session, our certified lactation consultant will provide personalised education on breastfeeding techniques, benefits, and what to expect in the early days after birth. You'll learn about proper latch, milk production, and how to address common challenges.

We now offer free use of our medical grade baby scales Monday - Wednesday (9am-4.30pm) - no appointment needed.

Feel free to drop in and use our weights and have a chat with our Lactation Consultant.

  • Grayce is our certified IBCLC, who is also a qualified Women's Health Physiotherapist. Grayce is qualified under the IBCLC and holds membership with LCANZ (Lactation consultants of Australia & New Zealand).

  • Yes, we certainly can!

    Grayce currently works Mon-Wed doing Pregnancy & Postpartum Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy out of our clinic on Lord Street. Grayce will initially see all new clients at the clinic and will organise an at home session when convenient for you.

  • Mon-Wed you can call our clinic from 8.30am and receive an on the day emergency appointment for that afternoon.

    We only hold a few appointments per day. If all appointments are taken we will book the next available.

  • We try to keep our prices as low as possible - as we understand that finances can be tight whilst on maternity leave. Please see above for our price structure.

  • Currently we are in the process of developing our own app which will provide on demand resources and also chat support. Grayce will speak to you about outside support during your consultation.

  • It is recommended that you seek help immediately or as soon as you're finding breastfeeding difficult, challenging or feeling mentally strained by it. Early intervention is key to successful breastfeeding.

  • As Grayce is qualified as a Women's Health Physiotherapist, Grayce will also be able to provide education and guidance on your pelvic floor and caesarean recovery as well. Grayce encourages you to speak up about this as this can also help with your breastfeeding journey also.
